Blue and White Polka Dot Nails

In this tutorial, I'll show you fashion savvies how to get Taylor's nail look from her music video 'Our Song' (see?)--------------------►

☻Use a light blue nail polish (I have used Barry M) and preferably a white nail art pen, but I have used Nailene French Tip Pen. Or if you don't have a nail art pen, you can dip a cocktail stick or the end of a bobby pin in white nail polish 

☻Start with a base coat. I use a clear coat as a base coat that I had bought AGES ago in Penneys.

☻Apply two coats of light blue nail polish.

☻Using your nail pen, bobby pin or cocktail stick, apply even dots to your nails. To give a shiny, well sustaining finish, apply a top coat.
