Rainy Days
Hello my fashion savvies!DaisyChain here with rainy days fashion. The awful weather at the minute has made everybody in Ireland pull on their warm jumpers, raincoats, boots and jeans. Lovely. So I'm gonna give you an outfit guide for winter weather in summer!
• Parka - an essential! Handy when shopping so you don't have to be carrying around a heavy jacket. Layer up underneath so you're not freezing!
• Wellies - ah wellies. Had a barbie pair when I was 5. Anyway. Because you can get Wellies in many colours and patterns, you can match them up. They keep your feet from getting wet and have enough room to wear fuzzy socks underneath. Yay! :D
• Boots - I know I mentioned wellies but not everyone wants to wear them! Get a comfy warm pair and you're good to go! Also, opt for neutral colours such as brown, black & grey.
• Rain hat - not sure if you can get these in many places anymore. I have a pink one and they're great for keeping your hair dry! ; )
• Jeans - so comfy! Can't live without them. They're stylish and keep your legs warm in stormy weather.
• Thick tights - so, if you HAVE to wear a skirt or dress, get a pair of thick tights that match. Or if you don't want to look like you are wearing tights, o for a skin coloured pair, although they won't be as warm and you'd be better off with coloured ones.
• Thick Cardigan - get a good one an you'll be nice and warm.
• Fluffy/Slipper Socks - everyone has a pair of these. I even see people wearing them to school! Wear them in your boots and you will be toasty! ;D
• Umbrella - depending on how stormy it is, an umbrella is a real soaker saver! You can get all types of funky ones from Pennys (primark) New Look, River Island, Dunnes, etc.
Ok so that is my rainy days essential guide! Hope you liked it!

Summer Nail Colours
Hello fahsion savvies! DaisyChain here with another post on
nail polishes! This summer, expect reds, purples, popping pinks, beautiful
blues and yolk yellows. Here are my suggestions!
Rimmel's yellow is really cheery on the nails. I had it on
and it cheered me up loads! Brightened up my day in this dull weather. My only
cons about it was the fact that it's quite thin and stains your nails unless
you apply a base coat. Of course one day I was too lazy to put on a base so my
nails are now tinged!... oh well!
RIMMEL 280 SUNSHINEAnother Rimmel polish I know... This is a lovely colour. It has a great brush and is on trend for summer. (yay!) It has a natural shimmer to it which is a bonus!
RIMMEL 6505 PURPLE REIGN
This is by Catrice. It's called 'Meet Me At Coral Island'
and it comes off as more a bright pink. (I'm wearing it right now ☺) It's so bright and makes me feel
pampered (because it's pink and I ♥
pink!) It has great stay and doesn't get chipped easily! The coats are also
thick enough so I only had to apply one although two might help it with longer
stay.
CATRICE 030 MEET ME AT CORAL ISLAND
This colour is so lovely! I used it so much last year that I need to get a new one! Its a lovely greeney-bluey colour and I just loved wearing it! Sadly now, it's gone all gloopy so I really do have to get another.
RIMMEL 825 SKY HIGH
This colour is so pretty! It's baby blue although the photo makes it look darker because of the lights not being turned on. It doesn't chip too easily and it looks fab under Barry M baby pink crackle polish. (mail, tweet or comment below for a tutorial) Love this colour! ♥
BARRY M - sorry no colour mentioned on the bottle!
I ♥♥♥♥ this colour SO much! It's a beautiful deep blue and has a long stay. I add a clear coat with some sequin/glitter thingys through it and it looks really nice! I got thhis funny enough in H&M and it was only 3 or so euros. I've used it a TONNE this year and will continue to do so!
H&M - again no colour mentinoned *frustration*
So those are my favourite colours for summer! Hope you like them!

Simple
Lately I've been using products by Simple. They make different things like cleansing wipes, eye make-up remover, eye corector pens and many other things. They're really handy and aren't harmful to sensitive skin. Prices are reasonable and considering they are mostly odourless and good for sensitive skin, that makes it ten times better! I have quite sensitive skin and it works wonders! Try it!

June Product
My favourite product of June is...
Clinique Tinted Moisturiser!£21 at Boots
This was beautiful! Spreads evenly on the face and is lighter than foundation. If you don't want to wear foundation, this is the product for you!
There is barely any smell from it and there is SPF 15 so it protects your skin from the sun!
I would put normal moisturiser on underneath as even though it already is a moisturiser, if you have dry skin you can see it. Putting on a normal moisturiser it helps for a smoother application.
I really like this tinted moisturiser, because I have sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate my skin.

I've chosen 3 dresses to celebrate! Enjoy!

Hair, Make-Up & Stuff
Wella Heat Protector
Hair
I don't use much product in my hair. I only use heat protector and whenever I curl my hair, hair clay or hairspray. But these are my recommendations!
I got my heat protector from a hairdressing salon for a tennar (euros) but you can also get it from www.beautybay.com for 10.90euros, (you can change country to whatever one you're in, prices will come up in your currency) which is a steal considering that other heat protectors can cost up to €30! It works really well!

Wella Texture Touch Reworkable Clay 13.10EUR
Again another Wella product! But who wouldn't like their stuff as it's relatively cheap and works great! This texture touch hair clay works great with my hair, which is a surprise considering my hairs so thick! It holds my curls without making them as hard as a rock, sticky or greasy looking.. Everybody should have a pot of this!
